ISS has won a contract to provide a number of FM services at the RSSB - a rail industry body based in London.
Under the terms of the three-year deal, which was awarded through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework, ISS will be responsible for cleaning, M&E maintenance, front of house, mail room and additional handyman services at the RSSB's office at The Helicon.
Patrick Goshawk, facilities and environment manager at the RSSB, said: "The tender process demonstrated that ISS understood the principles that are important to us and we are looking forward to welcoming them to The Helicon."
Ian Moore, managing director of ISS Central Government, Local Authorities & Retail, said: "We are delighted to have been selected by RSSB to look after their impressive premises. The award shows that the CCS framework can operate successfully at any scale."
The win follows the announcement of a five-year extension to its global FM contract with Barclays, which the service provider describes as its "largest contract".
ISS also secured a five-year contract to provide FM services across 40 countries for Shire, a biotechnology business.
