Imtech Inviron has won a competitive tender to provide technical services for Whitbread, the UK's largest operator of hotels, restaurants and coffee shops.
The three-year contract will see Imtech Inviron maintaining Whitbread's Premier Inn & Restaurants Division, consisting of 467 sites covering the Home Counties, The Midlands, Mid and South Wales, Norfolk and Suffolk.
The national facilities management provider has been appointed as a result of its hard services expertise, experience within the leisure and hospitality industry, and exemplary track record for keeping clients statutory-compliant.
The contract starts on 1st September 2017 and will consist of planned and reactive maintenance, including all fixed wire testing and mechanical and electrical project work.
Whitbread PLC is the country's biggest hospitality company. It owns Costa Coffee, Premier Inn, Beefeater Grill, Brewers Fayre, Table Table and Bar + Block Steakhouse.
