Security company Ashridge Group has won a three-year security guarding contract with property asset management company APAM Ltd. at its multiple sites across the UK.
Ashridge will be working with its long-term strategic partner First Choice Facilities to deliver the contract.
The new locations include a site in Leeds City Centre which began in June, and a further two corporate locations in central London started this month.
The company hired two SIA-licensed building support officers at the new site in Leeds city centre and four security officers for the two corporate sites in central London.
The teams are "required to safeguard the site from outside intrusion, and Ashridge Group's experienced security personnel will be enforcing all relevant security procedures and processes to maximise the safety of the building, its assets, and its people", said the company.
Emma Walker, operations director for Ashridge Group, said the contract with APAM Ltd. had grown because of the "dedication and hard work" of the security team at an initial contract at APAM's Bridgewater House scheme in Manchester.
