The contract encompasses the provision of car park management services across the university campuses, as well as associated residential areas.
This includes the provision of the Park Indigo App, upgraded this summer and already used by 800 customers to pay for parking across the Cardiff Met estate, back office processing, cash collection, enforcement - and 14 new solar-powered, dual language, cash and card-enabled pay-and-display machines will be installed.
The renewed contract builds on the organisations' decade-long partnership, running multiple sites and more than 1,200 parking spaces.
Lee Hales, operations director, Indigo UK, said: "Parking management on university sites is best handled when there is complete trust between the university's management team and its car parking provider and our third tender win at Cardiff Met demonstrates the commitment of both parties to putting the customer experience first across these busy car parks."
