Incentive QAS, the specialist cleaning company, has been awarded a three-year contract by Workman LLP, the property management and building consultancy firm, to provide a range of soft services at 80 Cheapside in the City of London.
Incentive QAS and sister company Incentive FM currently deliver services at several of Workman's regional shopping centres, however, this represents the first commercial property contract between the two organisations.
The 94,211 square-foot multi-let property is also home to Workman's City office, which is located within one of the building's seven floors. Under the contract Incentive QAS will be responsible for cleaning all communal areas, daytime housekeeping, washroom services, consumables supply, pest control, waste management and window cleaning.
To ensure that the building is maintained to an exceptional standard, Incentive QAS will deploy a team of four - three of whom transferred under TUPE rules - at the building from Monday to Friday. The team includes a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations.
Incentive QAS was awarded the contract following a tender process against four competitors.
Jamie Wright, managing director at Incentive QAS, said: "This important contract with Workman further strengthens our presence in the City of London. To help us deliver an efficient and streamlined service, we have deployed the LEVIY contract management system at the facility. This will provide us with a complete overview of the operation, leading to huge efficiency gains that will benefit all the tenants in the building."
