Imtech Inviron has been awarded a three-year contract extension with water utilities company Anglian Water. Work will now continue to summer 2020.
The technical facilities management specialist has partnered with Anglian Water for 20 years and will continue to provide electrical services, including periodic testing and general electrical works across at least 7,000 locations.
Sites include a mix of recycling works, pumping stations, supply works, booster stations, reservoirs and water towers across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Gavin Duff, business unit director at Imtech Inviron, said the company had been delivering services "for over two decades and the length of this relationship demonstrates the strength of the team on this account".
Roger Daniels, electrical maintenance manager at Anglian Water, said the close working partnership had "led to the identification and implementation of a number of improvements and cost effective solutions, throughout the continuous yet evolved programme of works".
