The Fulham Road Collaborative (FRC) has awarded a new five-year contract worth over £100 million to current provider ISS Facility Services - Healthcare.
The NHS establishments along the Fulham Road, and their associate hospitals include the Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, and the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust together represent some of the world's leading clinical facilities.
This is the second soft FM award made by the collaborative, as it previously awarded ISS a similar contract that ran from January 2012.
The new deal will see ISS extend its presence to include waste management, while still providing a wide range of services including healthcare cleaning, patient catering, portering and logistics, linen and laundry, reception, and car parking. ISS was also successful in its tender to provide commercial retail services to the staff, visitors and patients at the Chelsea & Westminster and Harefield hospitals.
