Commercial property consultant GVA has been appointed to provide a broad range of property and FM services to Edmund House in Birmingham.
GVA will provide a full suite of property, facilities management and accounting services for the building, providing best value and to ensure that tenants are receiving the highest levels of customer service.
The regional office agency team of Gert Corfield, Dominic Moore, and Guy Thompson has also been appointed to Edmund House to act as letting agents to secure new occupiers.
The recently refurbished 68,600 sq ft building, on the corner of Newhall Street and Edmund Street, is currently 50 per cent occupied by a number of professional service businesses including Gleeson, Woodrow Mercer and Vail Williams.
Guy Thompson said: "The Midlands property market continues to evolve and as such the day-to-day experience of tenants has become more of a focus for property owners looking to appeal to new occupiers. Our appointment to Edmund House represents our third instruction for property management within the city core in as many months, hot on the heels of 1 Newhall Street and 118/120 Colmore Row; demonstrating the growing demand for our services in Birmingham."
Asset manager Clearbell appointed GVA on behalf of Edmund Investments Ltd.
In addition to offices, Edmund House also has award-winning Indian restaurant, Asha's, on the ground floor alongside café, Coffee #1, which opened earlier this year.
