Atalian has acquired Missouri-based Centaur Building Services, further extending its presence in the US.
Centaur Building Services, headquartered in St Louis, is a family-owned facilities services company.
Christophe Jeusse, CEO North America, Atalian Global Services, said that the addition of Centaur, with its established presence in eight states in the Midwest and the South, provides "the necessary local presence and expertise to its ever-growing client portfolio".
This follows the company's acquisition of the Suburban Integrated Facilities Resources of Braintree, Massachusetts.
The move represents the New York-based outsourced service provider's fourth US acquisition following parent company Atalian Group's 2016 decision to enter the US market through its acquisition of Temco Services Industries, Inc. and Aetna Integrated Services, Inc.
