Construction and facilities management company Polyteck has signed two contracts with property adviser Metrus.
As part of the deals, worth about £1 million in total turnover, Polyteck will provide a wide range of FM services at corporate offices Oxford House in Aylesbury, and a site on Grosvenor Street in London's Mayfair.
Under the three-year contracts Polyteck will provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services, drainage, life safety and security at both locations.
Polyteck is also responsible for any fabric maintenance, repairs or refurbishment at the properties, which are managed by Metrus.
Both Grosvenor Street (150,000 square feet) and Oxford House (100,000 sq ft) are multi-tenanted offices housing a broad range of businesses. Both are static manned site contracts.
During the same period, Polyteck has also won a further £500,000 of facilities management contracts for other prominent managing agents in Canary Wharf and central London.
Polyteck operates across both the public and private sectors, delivering a broad range of construction and FM services including property development and refurbishment, property maintenance, electrical services, life safety systems and HVAC services.
