Who: David D'Souza is head of engagement at CIPD.

About the speakers: D'Souza was head of people development at Metrobank and in HR positions for an international FS firm. His expertise spans across organisational development, learning and development, talent and performance management, ethics, employee engagement and the future of work.
What is ThinkFM: The annual flagship conference from the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Hosted on 1 May at 200 Aldersgate near St Paul's Cathedral and the Barbican, London. It encourages debate and future thinking about the FM profession, focusing on how the industry needs to evolve to deliver benefits to business, the economy and wider society.
With this year's theme Think(beyond)FM 'Adapt or Disappear', delegates can expect discussion of the major disruptors in facilities management and how businesses and individuals can turn them into advantages.
