Eric Wright Facilities Management (EWFM) has secured a place on a new national framework for NHS Shared Business Services to deliver project management and building surveying consultancy services.
The Preston-based company, part of the Eric Wright Group, has recently delivered the project management of major grant-funded projects including Lancaster Royal Grammar School, Ashton Community Science College, One Partnership and Bolton Council.
Under the framework agreement it will fulfil contracts to NHS SBS clients, including NHS trusts as well as non-NHS organisations nationwide.
Working towards annual savings of £16 million, NHS SBS was created to deliver greater financial, employment and procurement efficiencies to the sector. Eric Wright FM was selected for the framework based upon its significant sector experience, the financial stability of the company and its service capability.
The appointment will also enable Eric Wright to continue to support the work of The Eric Wright Charitable Trust, which is funded by the profits of the Eric Wright Group, which it wholly owns.
The trust supports a broad range of charities right across the North West, developing initiatives for young people's well-being, elderly services, education and training, health and carers' support.
Eric Wright FM delivers hard FM services to estates, facilities and capital management teams, through single, bundled and fully managed services.
