OCS has expanded its existing £10 million-plus soft services contract with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) through the trust's wholly owned subsidiary company Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS).
OCS has been working with CNWL for 12 years and the extended contract, which began on 14 May, brings another 13 of the trust's sites in Milton Keynes within OCS's remit for cleaning and waste services - adding to the 82 sites where OCS already provides its full range of FM works.
Formed in 2002, CNLW is one of the UK's largest NHS trusts. It employs roughly 7,000 staff and supplies more than 300 different health services across 150 sites. The trust assists people with a variety of needs at various stages of life - from mental and physical health, to addiction treatment and learning disability services. Most services are conducted in a community setting, treating people in their homes or at small local clinics.
Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of CNWL, which was launched in April this year. As part of its remit, QTS manages FM services on behalf of CNWL.
