Global real estate adviser CBRE has been appointed by LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG) to provide property management services at 20 Fenchurch Street, nicknamed the 'Walkie-Talkie'.
The instruction of CBRE's Asset Services team complements services already carried out at the building by CBRE, including leasing, lease consultancy, valuation, rating, and mechanical and electrical services.
The building is also home to the Sky Garden, a public space landscape garden including various destination bars and restaurants that attracts visitors from around the globe.
Paul Hewitt, director of asset management, LKKHPG, said: "CBRE were chosen to manage 20 Fenchurch Street after they demonstrated a strong customer focus and innovative approach to property management. They also showed that they understood our company culture, vision and values, which is extremely important to us."
Nick Bark, executive director at CBRE, said the company would be "focused on enhancing the customer experience through both the physical environment and the use of technology".
LKKHPG acquired the building in August 2017 for £1.2 billion.
The building was designed by Rafael Vinoly and provides over 700,000 square feet of space over 37 floors, and offers panoramic views across the City of London.
CBRE also advised Landsec on the sale of the building.
