The government's Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has awarded ISS a four-year contract with the option to extend to a total of six years.
The contract is to supply facilities management services worth £49 million through the Crown Commercial Services Framework.
The deal covers work at more than 50 sites in the UK, including at a number of partner organisations such as HM Land Registry, the Intellectual Property Office, the Insolvency Service, ACAS, Companies House, and the United Kingdom Research and Innovation agency.
Matthew Brabin, CEO of ISS UK & Ireland, said: "This is a substantial contract for ISS to deliver our core services to such a wide estate."
