The security services arm of Incentive FM Group, Incentive Lynx, has extended its services at Plantation Place in the City of London, following a successful three-year partnership.
Plantation Place is a 547,000 square-foot building in Fenchurch Street, occupied by numerous insurance and finance companies, plus retail units and restaurants.
Incentive Lynx will continue to provide guarding services 24 hours a day under the new one-year contract, which was re-awarded by managing agent Broadgate Estates in a competitive tender.
The site team from Incentive Lynx, consisting of a site manager and another 18 full-time staff will continue to focus on providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all the building's users. New technology will also be introduced to improve productivity during site security audits.
Stephen Waud, managing director of Incentive Lynx, said the firm was keeping "up-to-date intelligence on the current threats to the City" and "leveraging new technology that allows us to focus on operations and reduce time spent on non-essential tasks such as administration".
