Procurement organisation Fusion21 has appointed suppliers to its public sector Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings Frameworks.
Thirty-seven companies, including SMEs, have secured a place on the frameworks, which have a combined worth of up to £290 million over four years. They are designed to support housing associations, local authorities and the wider public service with reactive works and services.
The range of services will include out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements, and call-handling services on a 24/7 or out-of-hours basis.
Peter Francis, director of operations at Fusion21, said the framework would bring a modern, dynamic solution for procuring responsive repairs and void arrangements.
"Fusion21 members will benefit from greater cost efficiencies in addition to being able to call off separate lots for contract spend below and over £1 million per year," he said.
