Incentive Tec, part of Incentive FM Group, has been appointed by construction business WRW to provide a range of services at an eco-friendly housing development in Bruton, Somerset.
Under the deal, Incentive Tec will be responsible for the design and installation of all the mechanical and electrical aspects of the accommodation and continuing maintenance.
Cubis Bruton has 56 homes designed to be energy efficient and highly sustainable. The project is due to be completed within 12 months and Incentive Tec will then be responsible for maintenance afterwards.
WRW managing director Jon Williams said the project would showcase the latest innovations in energy efficiency and sustainability.
"We are confident in Incentive Tec's ability to support us on this project as they have on other developments, where they delivered consistently high standards," said Williams.
In August, Incentive FM Group announced that it would merge its latest M&E acquisition, Weston Electrical Services (WES Group), into Incentive Tec.
