Real estate adviser CBRE has promoted Emma Buckland to managing director of its UK asset services team.
Buckland joined CBRE in 2016 in the role of chief operating officer of UK asset services.
Before joining the consultant, she worked at FICO, a New York Stock Exchange-listed data analytics company, as EMEA operations director, and at Goldman Sachs she spent three years managing European client teams in the securities division.
Ciaran Bird, managing director of CBRE UK, said: "As technology continues to drive our client's agendas, Emma will be instrumental in leading the progression towards the integration of new technology in the asset services space.
"This will enable us to offer more intelligent and innovative property management solutions, which will help our clients increase the efficiency of their assets."
