Grounds maintenance contractor Countrywide has won a new five-year contract worth £500, 000 a year with housing developer LiveWest to deliver grounds and garden maintenance for more than 600 properties across Devon and North Somerset.
The deal, which will begin in January 2019, will see Countrywide maintain properties and their surrounding areas by cutting grass, weeding, pruning, hedge cutting and litter-picking.
Associated services will be available to LiveWest on an ad hoc basis, including landscaping and planting, tree work, fencing and artificial grass.
Steven Jack, regional manager of Countrywide Exeter, said: "We are delighted to win this new contract with LiveWest to deliver an all-year-round grounds maintenance service and to cement our existing relationship of nine years.
"We fully recognise that LiveWest's housing and their appearance are key to the standing of its organisation and we will do everything to ensure that their grounds will always look their best. "
