Norse's cleaning division has added £550,000 of new business in the first two months of 2019.
The company has been awarded a three-year contract by the British Antarctic Survey to clean its research offices and training centre on the outskirts of Cambridge.
The £300,000 agreement comes into force on 1st April.
Norse operations director for cleaning, Robert Trewick, said: "Our commitment to the environment, such as using cleaning products that reduce storage, that are biodegradable and phosphate-free, and our commitment to reduce our reliance on landfill and on plastics clearly resonated with the institute's team."
Elsewhere, Norse picked up three new clients in the educational sector - Forcett Primary, Wicklewood Primary and Stradbroke High School.
All the new school contracts are for three years and are jointly worth around £250,000 over the life of the agreements.
These wins are a continuation of Norse's growth in building cleaning, which now stands at more than £6 million this year.
