Facilities management company Cloudfm has been appointed to manage planned and reactive maintenance across the estate of the Krispy Kreme doughnut brand.
The contract, worth £10 million over five years, will see Cloudfm use its "advanced systems and multiskilled engineers to improve service quality, cost control and compliance" at several buildings across the estate - including flagship theatre stores, which feature production lines and retail space.
Cloudfm says it will use "real-time and dependable data alongside its processes and technology to support
Krispy Kreme's wider business objectives and ultimately ensure its new client has significantly greater efficiency from their FM spend".
The services provider says its "technology-led solution is anticipated to improve support for the retail managers and clarity and visibility for suppliers" of the 82-year-old doughnut brand.
Cloudfm's portfolio of retail and restaurant clients already includes brands such as KFC, Pizza Express, Zizzi, The Range and Oasis.
