Worcester-based regional property asset manager Place Partnership has formed an agreement with Graham, the construction and facilities management business.
Graham, a national contractor based in Northern Ireland, has been selected as Place Partnership's single point service partner for hard FM services until 2023. This will include building fabric maintenance and the repair of essential systems such as heating and ventilation, all of which comprise a significant proportion of Place Partnership's services.
Place Partnership was initially formed from the amalgamation of facilities and property management services from six local authorities, with the intention of creating a single organisation to rationalise and streamline delivery of services while reducing overall costs.
It now supplies services across the region, having gathered a growing portfolio of land and property assets for clients in both the public and private sectors, including local authorities, schools, and the police, fire and healthcare services.
Established in 1778, Graham has an annual turnover of around £800 million and, alongside FM, it delivers construction, civil engineering, investment, and interior fit-out services.
Through its relationship with Place Partnership, the company has "committed to providing around £7 million of social value and will engage with the local workforce and supply chain to ensure delivery of services".
Along with FM, Place Partnership provides strategic asset management, energy management, valuation and estates management, schools property services and project management.
