Construction and facilities management business, Polyteck Group has secured a contract to deliver hard services at the £250m Manhattan Loft Gardens development in Stratford, E20.
Located between Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Stratford International, Manhattan Loft Gardens is a new 42-storey mixed use tower designed by high-rise architect specialists SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill).

The tower's structure embraces green space and fresh air to foster a dynamic community of residents and hotel guests.
London's historic garden squares have been reimagined and carved into the form of the building at 95, 280 and 400 feet - delivering panoramic views of the city skyline.
A triple-height lobby acts as a social hub, featuring a restaurant, bar and open piazza leading out to Stratford International. Custom-made facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, spa and cinema.

The deal further solidifies Polyteck's position in the high-end residential market. Earlier this year, the UK-based company was awarded a multi-million pound five-year contract to provide a range of FM services at Beach Tower, a 34-storey luxury residential tower in the Qatari capital Doha.
