Vinci Facilities has been awarded a three-year maintenance and development contract with Transport for London.
The contract has the option to extend for two years to provide total facilities management services for around 2,000 properties across TfL's commercial estate in the capital, which includes retail, industrial and some residential units, and deliver a great customer service for TfL's tenants.
Building on Vinci Facilities' existing relationship with TfL, the contract will commence in early 2020. As well as providing a total facilities management, Vinci Facilities will work with TfL in its efforts to be a landlord of choice, improving and developing the estate and the services provided to its tenants.
Across its estate, TfL has a range of tenants, from large companies to small businesses that have used units to establish their first bricks and mortar offering, which each contribute to supporting the capital's economy by encouraging growth and creating jobs.
The work Vinci Facilities will undertake will include conducting a detailed survey of the estate as well as providing and developing a helpdesk, computer-aided facilities Management (CAFM) system and data management processes, which will give real-time information and enable faster responses and decision-making.
