Wates FM has been appointed to deliver two major contracts for investment management firm Brooks Macdonald and law firm Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
Both deals are set to run for three years and follow hard on the heels of Wates FM's engagement to carry out a programme of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services at 110 Bishopsgate (formerly the Heron Tower) in the City of London.
The new contracts involve a package of mechanical and electrical facilities support for media specialist legal firm Harbottle & Lewis LLP in Mayfair, and an FM and compliance services deal across Brooks Macdonald's nationwide estate.
Wates FM said the appointments mark "significant growth" for its private sector client portfolio, coming only two months after the Wates Group launched its rebranded FM business.
Formerly operating as Wates Smartspace, Wates FM forms part of Wates Property Services, alongside the group's Living Space business.
Wates FM currently manages more than 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help-desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance using a mix of site-based and mobile teams.
