
The Crown Estate has appointed JLL as managing agent to its central London portfolio.
The mandate, which includes property and facilities management services, encompasses all commercial and residential properties across the Crown Estate's central London holdings, including all of Regent Street and around half of St James's, cover about 10 million square feet.
James Cooksey, director of central London at the Crown Estate, said: "We believe that working closely in partnership with a single managing agent will enable us to better collaborate and drive efficiencies to improve quality, consistency and encourage innovation."
