Wates Living Space has been awarded a three-year contract by Peabody Housing Association to carry out responsive repairs and specialist works for more than 13,000 homes in London boroughs.
The contract, which has potential for a one-year extension, will see Wates Living Space deliver works under two separate lots with a combined annual value of £5.1 million.
Lot 1 of refurbishment works for Peabody will include 6,665 homes across Waltham Forest, Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Ealing, Hounslow, Richmond Upon Thames, and Hillingdon.
Lot 2 will include 6,837 homes across Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Havering, and Essex. Both lots will include responsive repairs and specialist works as well as an out-of-hours emergency service.
