Brentford FC has awarded Levy UK a five-year catering and hospitality contract at its new stadium.
Levy will deliver retail, hospitality and non-match day catering at Brentford Community Stadium, which opens at the start of the 2020/21 season.
The West London stadium is set to generate hundreds of jobs. Levy will engage with local suppliers and artisan producers to bring a taste of the local area to life.
A range of new smart technologies will be installed to enhance the fan experience, such as cashless payments. The roll-out of digital screens driven by a content management system will help to create a smooth retail experience.
Levy's hospitality and culinary team has created a range of exclusive packages for the club's premium seats and will be bringing its food offerings to the stadium's retail outlets, where it will deliver a wide variety of menus, including plant-based dishes.
Jon Davies, managing director at Levy UK, said: "We're really excited to be mobilising a cutting-edge food service operation at Brentford FC's new home in partnership with the club. To deliver a truly legendary experience all touch points have been considered and we'll be rolling out a fan-first approach that will offer a huge variety of choice to every guest."
