Wellingborough Norse has extended a school cleaning contract for another two years, with an additional site added to the deal.
Wellingborough Norse has supplied contract cleaning for the past three years at the St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Academies Trust schools, including St Thomas Becket, St Gregory's and St Mary's in Northamptonshire.
The trust has extended its contract with Wellingborough Norse and added The Good Shepherd Primary School to the agreement, which is worth over £400,000 during the two-year term.
Norse business development manager George Jarvis said: "Wellingborough Norse provides local coverage for all its cleaning contracts. This always ensures a seamless service and a flexible approach which, in this case, will enable all four site contracts to line up, thereby easing administration for the client."
Wellingborough Norse employs about 190 staff with 60 in the cleaning division. Cleaning is worth around £750,000 to Wellingborough Norse annually.
The company also provides grounds maintenance, tree services, trade waste collection, cleansing, waste-bin cleaning, sports construction, renovation and maintenance and facilities management.
