Tivoli has won a £1 million contract to provide grounds maintenance for the Guinness Partnership.
Under the five-year deal, Tivoli will carry out gardening and maintenance of green areas, litter removal, weed and plant removal, tree maintenance and bulk waste collection and disposal.
The Guinness Partnership provides social and affordable housing including affordable rent, affordable home ownership, housing for older people and a range of extra care schemes.
The contract covers 87 sites in the South West including Bristol, Wiltshire, Bath and North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Mendip, Swindon and Sedgemoor Local Authority areas.
Tivoli chairman Rick Francis said: "We understand the importance of service excellence within the housing association sector and we will prioritise the delivery of appropriate and flexible resources, together with innovation to provide a valuable service to the communities."
Tivoli employs more than 1,500 staff and provides services including grounds maintenance, landscape construction, arboriculture, winter maintenance, interior plants and floristry, and festive display installations.
