Acuity delivers services at Broadgate Quarter

Acuity, Axis Group's front-of-house division, is providing reception, concierge and event support services at Broadgate Quarter to enhance front-of-house professionalism through employee training and management support.

The property, managed by global investment firm Blackstone Property Management, provides 460,000 square feet of office space and is positioned between London's key business and cultural districts. It has two reception areas managed by four Acuity employees who are responsible for ensuring a highly professional welcome to corporate clients, event management and the smooth running of a busy site that welcomes between 3,000 and 5,500 people every day.

The tailored learning and development for the team includes training programmes featuring classroom-based learning, at-work training, mentoring and e-learning. Annual targets for each employee have been set to encourage motivation and performance, as well as to help employees realise their career aspirations. 

The team at Broadgate Quarter is also responsible for events such as food pop-ups, televised sports screenings and seasonal activities. Acuity has provided additional training to support the smooth running of these events.
