Real estate adviser CBRE has appointed David Fogarty as leader of its UK property management business from 1 March 2020.
Fogarty is currently the consultancy's managing director of property management for Singapore and Southeast Asia. His achievements include doubling the size of the CBRE's property management business in Southeast Asia over the past four years, creating a sustainability business line and introducing digitalisation to the portfolio.
CBRE's previous managing director of UK property management, Emma Buckland, becomes global president of CBRE's property management business lines, overseeing the management of more than 2.7 billion square feet of commercial property.

CBRE's UK property management team provides property and asset management services across more than 5,000 assets for global and local investor clients.
