Waste management and recycling services provider Reconomy has acquired ACM Environmental.
The purchase will allow Reconomy to continue its strategy to provide a 'comprehensive range of services and best customer experience across the commercial sectors', said the company.
ACM Environmental is based in Waltham Abbey and provides commercial waste management to a range of sectors including hotels, shopping centres, retail, manufacturing and zoos.
Paul Cox, chief executive of Reconomy, said: "Reconomy had an exciting end to 2019, concluding acquisitions that broadened our product offer and strengthened our position for our core sectors.
