Property asset manager firm Place Partnership has secured places on two regional framework lots on the prestigious Pagabo procurement framework, creating opportunities for the business to further expand its services.
The second generation of Pagabo's successful Professional Services Framework covers projects up to a total of £500 million, with 77 suppliers split over 18 service-specific lots in seven geographical regions. The framework, which will run for four years, will go live from April 2020.
Place Partnership has been appointed to two lots on the framework and can now offer services for delivery of asset and estate management services, and town and master planning for projects in the Midlands, South West, and Wales.
By securing the places on the framework, Place Partnership has undergone a rigorous OJEU-compliant tender process and has demonstrated a robust financial position and having the relevant experience. It also demonstrated a commitment to technology and social value, being forward-thinking and conscious of their responsibility to give back to the communities in which they operate.
The asset management firm provides a suite of facilities and property management services to public and private sector clients, including local authorities, schools, the police, and fire and healthcare services.
