FM operator OCS Group has refreshed its brand to be "more reflective" of its values and priorities as it marks its 120-year anniversary.
It said a new "brand promise" called Partnership Made Personal is being launched to "to unite the work of everyone at OCS" and help them "to work in partnership with customers to help them achieve their goals and improve the experience of their customers".
The group said it is also a pledge to celebrate its workers.
Bob Taylor, CEO for OCS UK, Ireland and the Middle East, said: "Our values guide everything we do and Partnership Made Personal is our commitment to our customers. As a business, we have reviewed and renewed our focus to ensure that we are delivering expert solutions, that add real and tangible value, and that are delivered with care."
The brand promise is the culmination of three years of strategic business review, said the group. The work has resulted in the reorganisation of the business's structure and a sharper focus on its future strategy.
OCS said it would also introduce "a new colour scheme and new logo accents and imagery to better reflect its values (Care, Safety, Trustworthy, Expert)".
