
Platinum Facilities, the technology-led hard FM service provider, has won a building maintenance contract with real estate company Avison Young.
The seven-year deal covers 110 Bishopsgate, one of the City of London's landmark buildings. It encompasses 460,000 square feet over 46 floors, occupied by premium office, retail and food and beverage tenants.
Platinum Facilities will work in partnership with Avison Young to deliver a service that is centred on energy and data analytics-led maintenance, ensuring that the assets are maintained within an ISO 55001 framework and with a heavy emphasis on life cycle management.
