Jaguar Building Services has won a three-year mechanical and electrical contract at Kings Place in London, following a competitive re-tender process.
The 339,000 square-foot building in the cultural centre of King's Cross is a mixed-use development combining an office building with a waterfront restaurant and music and arts facilities. The contract was first awarded to Jaguar in 2008, when the building opened.
Graham McSorley, account manager at Jaguar Building Services, said: "As the incumbent M&E service provider since 2008 we are very proud to have secured Kings Place for the 12th consecutive year. This is a huge achievement which demonstrates our ability to adapt and evolve in line with our customers' expectations. We wish to thank the Savills Building Management team for their professionalism and continued trust in Jaguar.
"We look forward to the next term, implementing our proactive programme of continuous improvements, ensuring the experience of visitors and customers at Kings Place is always a positive one."
