Jaguar Building Services has won a three-year mechanical and electrical contract at 50 Bank Street in the heart of London's Canary Wharf.
The contract starts next month and will be led by account manager Ian Fairley and a team of six site-based staff.
The 216,000 square foot building overlooks the Jubilee Place shopping centre.
Morgan Todd, assistant business development manager at Jaguar Building Services, said: "This site has a complex electrical infrastructure and is therefore a perfect opportunity for us to showcase some of our extremely talented people who have extensive experience, providing our service within high-profile business critical office environments."
