Construction and facilities maintenance firm May Gurney has been selected as preferred bidder for a £91 million Building Schools for the Future project with North Lincolnshire Council.
May Gurney will build and maintain the six schools, including their ICT facilities, over 25 years.
Construction is expected to start in this summer to completely rebuild Melior Community College.
Work at Brumby Engineering College will also begin this summer. The site will be developed through a combination of significant rebuild and modernising the remaining part of the buildings.
Design work on the remaining four schools, St Bedes, Frederick Gough, Foxhills Technology College and the St Lawrence academy will begin in the summer.
