Dalkia FM has won a contract to deliver a broad range of FM to Clarks' 450 retail outlets, head office and a national distribution centre.
The contract, worth £3m annually, is the first outsourcing of the FM for Clarks, whose international headquarters is in Street, Somerset.
Clarks remains a family business and the in-house FM team, lead by Barry Mosley, has set high standards, a statement from Dalkia said.
"We had eight years' previous experience of Dalkia FM through their lighting services operation across the retail estate," said Mosley. "The new self- delivered, multi-site FM service offers us a better value, total FM solution, with improved management information and control through the national customer service centre helpdesk."
