Spice Gas provides a nationwide gas maintenance service to the industrial and commercial markets including reactive repairs, planned maintenance, the installation of heating and hot water appliances and gas appliance and energy efficiency surveys and safety records.
The deal enables FSG, which provides electrical testing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning servicing, fire equipment and emergency lighting testing and portable appliance testing, to enhance its gas offering to clients.
FSG, which is based in Buckinghamshire, has 250 directly-employed operatives backed up by 20 field service managers.
Property maintenance provider Facilities Services Group (FSG) has acquired Spice Gas from the Liberty Gas Group.
