Shepherd FM has won a £10m contract with CHEP, a global pallets and containers services company.
Shepherd FM will be providing a total facilities management solution to the firm's 15 UK and Ireland sites.
Under the five-year contract, Shepherd FM has full responsibility for a number of services, such as HVAC planned maintenance, front-of-house, security, catering, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Noel Clancy, chief executive of Shepherd FM, said it was a “tough six-week mobilisation period, but we are confident this contract will help secure opportunities for the FM team and the wider Shepherd Group in the UK and Europe”.
CHEP issues, collects, conditions and reissues more than 300 million pallets and containers from a global network of service centres, helping manufacturers and growers transport their products to distributors and retailers.
CHEP worked with sourcing experts Xchanging to identify a potential provider for all its facilities management services.
