Azure has won a 10-year deal to provide services at the new Salford City Stadium, which is due for completion in December.
Azure, part of the Elior Group, will provide match and non match-day event catering at the 12,000-seat stadium, home to the Salford City Reds Super League Rugby team.
The stadium will see its first game in February.
"From the very first match at their new ground, fans will be able to enjoy a range of high-quality food and drink," said Steven Reeve, general manager Azure.
"We will also be launching a high-quality hospitality offer to supporters in the 750 capacity main suite, the Presidential Suite and 12 executive boxes."
Azure will deliver catering and banqueting services for events of up to 1,000 delegates. In addition to providing catering services, it will also be responsible for marketing and selling the stadium's conferencing for non-match day use.
The stadium's facilities include hospitality suites and executive meeting spaces, along with match-day food kiosks.
Elior UK is part of the Elior Group, which operates across Europe with annual revenues of £3.14 billion.
Earlier this month, Port Vale, in Burslem, Staffordshire, signed a deal with Azure for all catering and conference services at the club for the next five years.
