Home Group, a provider of 51,000 affordable and supported homes, has awarded repairs and maintenance work to five suppliers under contracts running for five years.
Contracts have gone to:
Willmott Dixon - North West & Central - £137.5 million
Mears - South West - £25.5 million
Roalco - South East - £40.5 million
Morrisons - North East - £100 million
WRB Consortia - Scotland - £16 million.
"All contracts are for five years with the potential to be extended to nine years," a Home Group spokesman told FM World.
Home Group, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, has a turnover of more than £310 million. It helps more than 100,000 people with supported and affordable housing, care and support services annually.
