The facilities services contract will provide mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services to Trinity Leeds, one of the largest retail and leisure facilities to be developed in the UK in recent years, and which only opened last month.
A team of eight, based on site, will deliver services support.
Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey's Facilities Services division, said: "Land Securities has invested heavily in developing a model that will give the customer a world class shopping experience and NG Bailey has been involved early in the process to ensure this model succeeds right from the start.
"This is a significant win for us and further demonstrates our reputation for excellence in the retail arena."
This is the second retail contract in two years for NG Bailey.
NG Bailey has landed a two-year contract with Land Securities to maintain a new 1 million sq feet shopping centre in Leeds.
