NG Bailey has secured a three-year, £20 million maintenance deal, covering eight shopping centres owned by Land Securities.
The service provider has been providing maintenance services to five of the centres for the past five years. The new contract sees an expansion to the deal with three additional retail centres.
NG Bailey will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance, HVAC services, security, fire protection and energy consumption management.
The contract covers St David's in Cardiff, Lewisham Shopping Centre, the O2 Centre and West 12 Shopping Centre in London, Trinity and White Rose Centre, both in Leeds, Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, and The Galleria in Hatfield.
Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey's Facilities Services division, said: "As part of the new contract, we proposed an innovative energy-saving solution that will introduce significant savings and further improve Land Securities' impressive sustainability record."
NG Bailey also manages maintenance services for a number of shopping centres owned by McArthurGlen, in a £3 million contract won in 2014.
