Global real estate adviser CBRE has been appointed to provide facilities management services to Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's (SCEE) UK headquarters at 10, 13, and 15 Great Marlborough Street in London.
Under the terms of the contract, CBRE will deliver hard FM services, including mechanical and electrical (M&E), to SCEE's nine-storey, 140,000 square feet West End location.
SCEE's headquarters is home to the company's sales, marketing, research and development functions.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) is responsible for the distribution, marketing and sales of PlayStation software and hardware in 109 territories across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.
