Mitie has been awarded a three-year extension to its current integrated facilities management contract with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) at its offices in the City of London.
Financial services company AGCS provides a comprehensive range of corporate and specialty insurance services to a network that spans across more than 160 countries.
Mitie has been supplying several services for AGCS since 2010, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, security, pest control, waste management and mailroom. The new contract will see Mitie deliver additional intelligent building and energy management services to AGCS's headquarters at 60 Gracechurch Street.
Mitie was awarded the contract because of its "innovation, intelligent building and energy optimisation offering, as well as its excellent delivery track record and positive relationship with AGCS".
