NJC has secured a multimillion-pound deal with Land Securities to provide cleaning and support services at 23 locations across the company's London portfolio.
Land Securities is an existing client of NJC, which has managed the company's portfolio for ten years. The new three-year contract has the option for a two-year extension.
Ian Burr, head of property management at Land Securities, said that NJC had won the contract because of proposals "that put the customer experience at the heart of their service and provide new and innovative ways of working".
